4 Bed Home for Sale in Palm Desert, California (Closed)

This community has 5,000 single level homes and every floor plan has dozens of look-alikes except this one of a kind custom renovated home. As an example, there are 4 bedrooms and each one has a glass slider outside entrance and all have private baths! The original owner, who is also the seller, is a renowned, award winning Hollywood producer, writer and director. He recently recruited family members, a contractor and an interior designer to undertake a massive remodel from the ground up. Walls were added and walls were removed. Every detail of this new home had creative purpose. The chef's kitchen, which has a 6 burner Wolf gas cook top, was designed as an homage to Wolfgang Puck who spent years cooking with the seller's family. There is a sunken wet bar with refrigerated roll-out drawers and ice, a ceiling height glass enclosed wine rack; all inspired by wee-hour memories of Ringo Star, Warren Buffet and Tina Turner. The entire 3,473 SF (EST.) of living space has the same modern flooring. There is a gorgeous see-thru fireplace and an electronic air scrubber filtration system with Anti Viral lights. The private 719 SF two room casita is amazing. The golf course view is South. Quality upgrades & enhancements everywhere result in a 2021 ''Oscar'' winning effort!
